Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. Once 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your goods must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. It must also be in its original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempted. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal hygiene products

To complete the return, we need a cheque or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only part of the money is refunded:

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that is open.
Any items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
All goods returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned goods. We will also inform you if your refund is confirmed or rejected.

Once you are approved, your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missed refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items for sale

Only goods with the regular price can be returned. Items for sale cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to {email address} and send your item to: {address}.

Gifts

If the goods were marked as a gift when you bought them and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift voucher will be sent to you upon receipt of the returned goods.

If the item was not marked as a gift when you bought it, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you to be given to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your refund.

Return of shipment

To return the product, send the product to {address}.

You are responsible for your own shipping costs for returning the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When you get your money back, the cost of the refund will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement to reach you may vary.

If you’re returning more expensive goods, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or buying shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned goods.
